The wiki is provided as supplement of documentation with more frequent updates. You can subscribe this wiki to receive the updates, or check it out when the documentation cannot provide the information you need.

Customer Support

If your purchased license is within support period, you can open a customer support ticket here to ensure the fastest possible response received.

Your support period starts with the date of the purchase, and expires after a certain period depending on the product you purchased. Your support period can be extended by purchasing a upgrade of the product.

Free Support

If you have a valid evaluation license or free feature license of our product, you can open a free support ticket here.

If you're having a problem evaluating or using the free feature of our product, contact us here so we can help resolve your query. The evaluation support expires when your evaluation license expires; the free feature support never expires.

My Order

You can request resending the order keys and manage your order here only with your email address - no password to remember and forget.

You can request resending the license key and order administrative key (order keys) any time; you can also change the order manager to receive the order keys, or the order users count in your purchased licenses and support.
